January
New Year Beginner Yoga Series with 1 Month Unlimited Yoga
In this 5-Part Series, students will learn the fundamentals of Yoga Asana (postures), introduction to Pranayama (control of life energy) as well as Yogic philosophy while receiving unlimited Yoga classes at the studio. This series will include demonstration, discussion and practice and is suitable for the beginner student or anyone who feels like they can benefit from going back to basics. This series is designed to deepen students’ understanding of “what is Yoga” as well as provide them with a level of comfort while they build a foundation (or refine an existing practice) that will allow them to move forward with wisdom, confidence and ease.
